  • Do I have to measure my mini pig?
    We recommend that you measure your pig before selecting a size. This is the only way to determine if the harness you are purchasing will fit you mini pig.
  • How do I measure my mini pig?
    Just follow these simple instructions in the attached image.
  • I measured my mini pig, now how do I choose a size?
    You can use the attached size chart to choose the correct size harness for your mini pig.
  • What are Special Order Colors?
    Special Order Colors which have an * before the color name, are colors that we do not stock. We order those webbing colors when a customer orders a mini pig harness in that color, for instance *Rose. We do this because the color is not as popular s Hot Pink or Black and we cannot resell it if the product is returned to us.
  • How long does it take to process my order?
    It can take us 5 to 10 business days to process your order. This does not include shipping time. If you ordered a product with embroidery, that can add up to an additional 15 days to the order processing time.
  • Does the Order Processing time include shipping time?
    No. Shipping time is determined by the carrier. Most US orders will take between 2 - 4 days to arrive at their destination. International shipping takes much longer.
  • Do you take phone orders?
    No. We are not set up to take orders or questions via phone. You may contact us at anytime through the contact us page on the website or by email at
  • I ordered the wrong size harness, can I exchange it?
    As long as the harness is not customized, you can exchange it. See below for non-exchangeable items: 1. Custom size or design 2. Design It product line 3. *Special Order Color 4. Embroidered The easiest and fastest way to exchange your harness is to order a new one in the correct size you need and return the old one for a refund.
  • Can I return my order for a refund?
    As long as the harness is not customized - custom size, Design It, *Special Order Color or embroidered, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. 1. The order must be returned in new, unused condition. 2. We must receive the return within 30 days of the date it was delivered by the carrier. 3. Returns received after the 30 days will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. 4. Returns that are soiled will be assessed a $5.00 cleaning fee - if we cannot get the product clean, the refund will be reduced by 50%.
