Exchanges & Returns
baSIX© and OFF the RACK© harnesses:
Please contact us at email@example.com within 15 days of purchase to let us know if you need to return an item for exchange or refund. We will confirm the return and you can then pack up the harness and leash (if ordered) and ship it back to us. Items sent back without confirmation or after 30 days will be assessed a 25% restocking fee..
Fast way - Order a new harness in the size you need, then pack up the old harness and leash (if ordered) and ship it back to us and include a printed copy of your receipt. We will refund you for the original harness when we receive it.
Slow way (up to 3 weeks for processing) - Pack up the old harness and leash (if ordered) and ship it back to us and include a printed copy of your receipt, letting us know what size you need. We will notify you of any additional payments or refunds which may be due. If additional funds are required to satisfy your exchange, we will send a PayPal invoice to you. This invoice must be paid in full before we can complete your exchange.
Pack up the harness and leash (if ordered) and ship it back to us. We will return the funds (minus original shipping and any restocking or other fees) to your PayPal account within 48 hrs, once we receive the return. Refunds can only be made back to your PayPal account.
Returns must be received within 30 days of date of purchase and they must be in new unused condition. Returned harness that require cleaning will be assessed a $3.00 cleaning fee which will be deducted from any refund due.

Due to the custom nature of these products, they can only be returned if we made an error (i.e. you ordered blue, we sent red, etc.). They are not returnable for any other reason and the policy above does not apply.
