Order Processing Time

This is the time it takes us to fulfill your order. In many instances, we can fulfill your order within 24 hrs. but it can take us up to 5 business days (excluding weekends & U.S. holidays).   For Design IT© and other custom minipig items, order processing time can take up to 15 business days (excluding weekends & U.S. holidays).  This does not include shipping time which is additional, based on the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Forms of Payment

PayPal is our preferred payment processor. You can use many different debit and credit cards or a check through PayPal. It’s free, easy and very secure since we never see your credit card information. If you decide to use a check, PayPal will hold the order until the check clears, usually 3-5 business days. In this instance, your order will be processed once PayPal has cleared the check.

Exchanges & Returns

baSIX© and OFF the RACK© harnesses:

Please contact us at customer.care@pigglz.com within 15 days of purchase to let us know if you need to return an item for exchange or refund. We will confirm the return and you can then pack up the harness and leash (if ordered) and ship it back to us. Items sent back without confirmation or after 30 days will be assessed a 25% restocking fee..

Exchanges

Fast way - Order a new harness in the size you need, then pack up the old harness and leash (if ordered) and ship it back to us and include a printed copy of your receipt. We will refund you for the original harness when we receive it.

Slow way  (up to 3 weeks for processing) - Pack up the old harness and leash (if ordered) and ship it back to us and include a printed copy of your receipt, letting us know what size you need. We will notify you of any additional payments or refunds which may be due. If additional funds are required to satisfy your exchange, we will send a PayPal invoice to you. This invoice must be paid in full before we can complete your exchange.

Returns

Pack up the harness and leash (if ordered) and ship it back to us. We will return the funds (minus original shipping and 15% restocking fee) to your PayPal account within 48 hrs, once we receive the return. Refunds can only be made back to your PayPal account.

Returns must be received within 30 days of date of purchase and they must be in new unused condition. Returned harness that require cleaning will be assessed a $3.00 cleaning fee which will be deducted from any refund due.

Due to the custom nature of these products, they can only be returned if we made an error (i.e. you ordered blue, we sent red, etc.). They are not returnable for any other reason and the policy above does not apply.

We do our best to make sure you get exactly what you ordered for your potbelly or minipig. In the off-chance that we did make an error (i.e. you ordered blue, we sent red etc.), please contact us within 24 hours of order receipt at customer.care@pigglz.com to let us know of the error. Return the item(s) to the address below and we will send you the correct item at no cost to you. We will refund you the return shipping (using the postage cost printed on the returned package, up to $7.00) to your PayPal account.  For our international customers, please contact us if the return shipping cost is higher.
